The booking form only has an informative character, the confirmation itself shall be done via the contact e-mail or phone.
After we confirm your accommodation, you are to put down a deposit of 50% of the total price. The deposit shall be transferred to the account 457 641 1329 / 0800 in Ceská sporitelna, Decin, or shall be paid via money order on the following address:
407 16 Jetrichovice u Decina
In both cases, please, put the term “accommodation” and write the arrival date into the receiver note.
The customer is to pay the remaining sum of money for the accommodation after the arrival.
In case of international payment
Cancellation policy and other terms and conditions
Cancellation fee is to be calculated from the total amount of the advance payment according to the following conditions
Should you cancel your stay more than two weeks (30 days) before the date of arrival and you have already paid the advance payment, the accommodation provider has the right to charge a cancellation fee 50 % of the advance payment.
Should you cancel your stay less than two weeks (30 days) before the date of arrival and you have already paid the advance payment, the accommodation provider has the right to charge a cancellation fee 100% of the advance payment.
The cancellation fee shall not be charged if the accommodation is cancelled by the accommodation provider.
The accommodation may be cancelled either by the provider or the client only in written form or by an e-mail. For the day of cancellation is considered the day the cancellation notice is delivered to the provider (or the client). Should the client leave before the scheduled date of departure, or break off his or her stay, and neither the former, nor the latter is caused by the accommodation provider, the provider is not obligated to give the money or its part back. However, with respect to serious causes or reasons, the provider may act differently from the conditions stated above.
Should the client wish for a longer stay, he or she is to pay the relevant extra price.
Damages to furniture or equipment
The client shall not use the accommodation or other parts of the building in other than usual fashion. Should the client repeatedly or seriously break the lodging rules, the accommodation provider has the right to end his or her stay. Damage to equipment, furniture or other parts of the building shall be paid before the departure.Book now
