Booking
You may book your accommodation via our booking system.
The booking form is for informational purposes only. The final confirmation of your reservation will be sent to the provided contact e-mail address.
After your reservation has been confirmed, the customer is required to pay the deposit specified by the host via bank transfer to the following account: 457 641 1329 / 0800, Ceská sporitelna, Decin. For payments from abroad, please provide the IBAN and BIC.
Please include your name and the accommodation name ‘U Hergetu’ in the payment reference.
The remaining amount for the accommodation shall be paid by the customer on site upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer, provided that the payment is credited to the accommodation provider’s account no later than the day before the start of the stay.
In case of international payment
The payer bears all costs associated with the bank transfer.
Cancellation policy and other terms and conditions
The cancellation fee is calculated from the total amount of the advance payment under the following conditions:
If the stay is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date and the advance payment has already been made, the accommodation provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the advance payment.
If the stay is cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date and the advance payment has already been made, the accommodation provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the advance payment.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the stay is cancelled by the accommodation provider.
Cancellations by either the guest or the accommodation provider must be made in writing by e-mail. The day of cancellation is considered to be the day on which the cancellation notice is delivered to the accommodation provider or the guest.
If the guest leaves early or terminates the stay without any fault on the part of the accommodation provider, the provider is not obliged to refund any part of the amount paid. However, in cases of particularly serious reasons, the accommodation provider may deviate from these terms.
If the stay is extended beyond the period stated in the reservation, the guest is required to pay the applicable additional charges.
Damages to Furniture or Equipment
The guest is required to use the accommodation and all other parts of the building in a normal and proper manner. If the guest repeatedly or seriously violates the house rules, the accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate the stay. Any damage to furniture, equipment, or other parts of the building must be paid for before departure.
